CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE ROLLS




INGREDIENTS


DOUGH:


50g (2/3 cup) of sugar 


20g (3 tbsp) of cornstarch 


1 egg yolk 


250ml (1 cup) of milk 


1/2 tsp vanilla extract


2 eggs 


80g (1/2 cup) of sugar 


1/2 tsp vanilla extract 


100ml (1/2 cup) of milk 


270g (2 1/8 cups) of flour


10g of baking powder 


30g chocolate chips 


Powdered sugar


METHOD


In a pan on medium heat add sugar, cornstarch, egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until thick.


In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add vanilla extract, oil, milk, flour, and baking powder.


In a pan make spiral rolls with prepared dough, then top with spiral cream rolls and sprinkle with chocolate chips.


Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powder.
