FLUFFY BRIOCHES

 




 
 
INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/5 cups) milk
2 eggs
100g (½ cup) sugar
20g (2 tbsp) fresh yeast
100ml (2/5 cup) vegetable oil
750g (6 cups) flour
Salt
50g (1/5 cup) melted butter
Sesame seeds
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD

    Pour milk, oil, egg, egg white, yeast, and sugar into the mixing bowl. Mix well. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead the dough. Oil the dough and let it rest for 3 hours.
    Roll out the dough and coat it with melted butter. Roll the dough into a roll and cut it with a dough cutter.
    Arrange the brioches in a baking tray and let them rest for 30 minutes.
    Coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
